About the role

## About the role PilotSphere's RTR(A) simulator is the platform thousands of Indian cadets use to prepare for the WPC Restricted Radio Telephony (Aeronautical) interview. We're looking for licensed pilots and ATCOs who can take that work the rest of the way — running live mock interviews, giving phraseology feedback, and helping cadets sound like the professionals they're about to become. This is a remote, part-time, paid-per-session role. You set your own hours; we route students to you based on availability.

What you'll do

  • Run 1:1 mock RTR interviews with cadets over Google Meet / Zoom (typically 30–45 minutes).
  • Provide written feedback after each session covering phraseology, pace, situational awareness, and confidence.
  • Help cadets review the recorded ATC simulator sessions they've completed on the platform.
  • Flag recurring weak points so we can improve the underlying simulator and question bank.

What we're looking for

  • Current or recent CPL/ATPL holder, OR active/retired ATCO, OR DGCA-recognised RTR(A) instructor.
  • Comfortable conducting sessions in English with Indian cadets across regional accents.
  • Reliable internet, a quiet space to record, and a working headset/microphone.
  • Patience and a teaching mindset — cadets fail RTR more for nerves than for knowledge.

What you get

  • Paid per session at competitive Indian aviation tutoring rates.
  • Fully remote, fully flexible — work from anywhere with a stable connection.
  • You only take sessions when you want to; we never put a quota on you.
  • Direct line to the product team — your feedback shapes the simulator.
